Just talked to Michael Sukey. Interesting conversation. The company is still moving forward. Ira hoodwinked Arif. Randy will not be coming back. Mike was actually gone for only 5 weeks. Shareholder meeting still scheduled, but moved to December. Proxies should be out in a couple of weeks. 98's 1st 3 quarters unaudited financials should be on time and out in a couple of weeks. Steve Corso calls me back, but, Mike can't get one. Go figure. These are preliminary financials, but, don't expect the same nonsense that Ira threw out. Ira Monas is in some very serious trouble. Any shareholder who attends the meeting will be able to address ALL the officers of the company and they will field questions. Arif needs some schooling on running a public company. Michael's expertise deals with public companies so this should benefit Arif. It doesn't get any more wackier than this. Firamada is looking at '99 as the breakout year. Mike said he wouldn't have come back if the situation was hopeless. Stay tuned....
