Les? There hasn't been a final ruling on the law. Part of the original appeals ruling on the law was that the depositions would be videotaped. To say that the whole thing is some perversion by the Clinton DoJ, which asked to have the law repealed in the first place, is a stretch. Not that stretches are unusual around here, the day after.
