jc, understand exactly how you feel and don't intend to debate any issues with you. just one point of clarification. the fact that you couldn't find Louis International doesn't mean they don't exist. in fact, just because it can't be conveniently found on the internet doesn't mean it isn't real. just a reminder, this marvel called the net is relatively new. regards.

JC: I want to wish you luck with your new investments.

I cannot add much more than I did in my last post to you, sorry if I repeat myself.

It is my impression that it is DGIV's business is to transfer VOiP know how to state telco's. Part of this know how steems from other Co's, (NMSS etc), part is propietary. This know how, as an operational package, is not so readily available.

Many state telco's most probably have an "inbred culture" so to adapt to fast paced change from "within" is probably very difficult/ impossible.

It is also probably difficult to verify MOU's and contracts. I have the impression that this must be the case with most companies. I imagine that most contracts are usually kept secret from third parties.

I don't think that "the train has left the station" for this Co. There are a lot of countries in this planet. There are a lot of expensive telco minutes to attack.

In my country I probably pay seven to ten times more per telephone minute than you do in the USA.

I've seen advertising for 7.5 cents per minute long distance (inside the USA). You guys end up thinking that is normal and world-wide. It is not.

Be well
