*AV*--When I screw up I am the first to admit it. I guess I juxtaposed the nunbers and rationalized the swing from 4 to 6 as being lower losses than expected. No excuses offered.

I am running on empty right now (didn't go to sleep last night)and did a cursory look for you and unintentionally reversed the numbers. Therfore, It beats the hell out of me why it would go up on crummy news and even a worse forward looking quarter.

That leads us to the only logicial explanation, they might be in play. As I said, both APM and RDRT cannot survive at their present size. We all should remember the takeover attempts and counter attempts of the past. What I failed to mention is that some of the major DD manufacturers might want to internalize the type of components supplied by both companies. Therefore, add to the list, a possibility that the likes of QNTM, WDC, etc. (not SEG since they already have that internal capability) as possible suitors for the likes of APM.

Is the $4 cash value before or after the $2/share loss factored in??
