TD, yes I think the market will test 9000 on Dow, will test 10,000 if it breaks decisively through 9000. Does not make any sense to go that high, but it may go anyway. All the bad news seems to be dying away or no longer matters. Yes, earnings and revenues are bad for many companies but that no longer is considered in stock price. Eventually it will matter, but not now.
