TDFX gurus... I have convinced my father that moving his several thousand shares of TDFX into his cash account at this time is a good idea. However, for the past few days, Waterhouse Securities has been obviously giving him the run-around and trying to delay him from taking this action.

Could someone on here explain what our rights are regarding not allowing our shares to be short? Is putting the shares into a cash account good enough? And should he be sure to get names of people at Waterhouse and contact someone at the SEC about Waterhouse's antics?

Thanks.
