Austin's post #4017 lists the 5 points. It is a re-post of one found on Yahoo. The post appears to me to be almost entirely the author's interpretation of feedback given to that person from Wendy at GMGC as opposed to a reprint of an e-mail from Wendy.

Wendy did confirm that GMGC will review on the 11th the 5 areas listed in that post, and she did confirm that they originated from her e-mail to the author. Specifically regarding item number 2, she used the term "progress of alliances and partnerships" to me. That differs from what is posted in a subtle but meaningful way, IMHO. By that I mean that we cannot read as much significance into the statement once the word progress is included.

She also did not speak in her e-mail as to the significance, or lack thereof, regarding current subscriber numbers and she did not state that GMGC's whole purpose was to wholesale Portico and Magic Talk to the Carriers. Both are intimated in that post from Yahoo. This is what she told me this afternoon.

I remain hopeful that we will get some positive news to accompany what are sure to be nominal revenues contained in the earnings report. Wendy reiterated to me that GMGC was well aware of the trashing from the July 29 earnings report and did not want to see a repeat of that. More than this she would not comment on.

I fear that some investors' expectations are too high for what the revenues will be this quarter. August and September will not throw off much revenue at all. The pressure certainly will continue to mount as we approach next wednesday. I think (hope) Dr. Markman knows the stakes are high and that mere platitudes of how pleased they are with Portico will fall on deaf ears.

I also think we will find out the significance behind the 8K filing last week, and maybe discover why the Preferred shareholders agreed to the $10 fixed conversion price.

Rick, how's that for a long answer to a short question?

Take care.

Seconds Out.

Rick, lets not forget that GMGC is still a very speculative play! However being a Portico subscriber Im very excited! Within the next month I will be running all my business calls thru Portico, I will be using more cell phone minutes I will probably be on a Portico plan for about 800 minutes per month will save money and will be more accessible to my customers. This is a business testimony of what Portico means to me. I am also a sole proprietor with no employees, my goal for Portico is my first line of communication, my customers interaction has been minimal but so far very positive!

Concerning the price drop and the struggle the last few months, earnings came out and were not good (met my expectations though) the price dropped hard then the market deteriorated and thru a combination of both I believe the shorts had a great time beating up already down trodden stocks. The funds are through with tax selling season and I believe we are seeing some strength in the small caps as they start to re-acquire some of their positions. I read yesterday that many felt the January effect has come early (L.A. Times business section I believe).

As for the Qualcom Microsoft news I wouldn't be surprised at all to see GMGC announced as a player! It seems I read something about Qcom earlier this year but can't pin it down.

Bottom line I believe GMGC to be in position to be a major player in the future in the new technologies available concerning Voice user interaction etc. (Magic Talk). I'm not selling I'll ride this horse all the way up or down but I will not bail out!

The risk to reward ratio is in our favor especially at todays price!!

Good luck!! Rob

This is a time when I love to hear Sea Otters opinion she has a way of articulating whats great about GMGC!
