Mohan or Kemble,
What is your thought about the slow movement in DELL, especially when the Nasdaq has been on fire?
I subscribe to the Option Investor newsletter and they said that one of the reasons that DELL may not be moving as well as the rest of the tech stocks is because of the high number of outstanding shares. They say that the Turnover Ratio is lower that in past times and that the numerous splits that DELL has had is slowing its progress. Do you buy any of that.
I believe that DELL will start moving on Thursday or Friday of this week, especially since they are the last big tech company that has not reported yet. Players will move from the internets and networking companies to DELL.
I also believe that Mike Dell knows that he has to beat the whisper number or his stock will get severely hit. I happen to believe that Dell will beat the whisper number.
Your thoughts.
