I think Frick and Frack have to keep their mouths shut and their noses to the grind stone. They are running a much larger organization, and can't track or forecast the results as easy as before. They need to pay attention to new markets, new ways to market, new products, and generally be paranoid about staying ahead of the crowd. They are definitely in the fast lane now. If they take their eyes off the road, they will crash and burn. Focus on the client needs, focus on the products, fit the product to the client needs. Reinvent the product, or invent a new product to fit the client needs. Furnish service with a smile to get the client to come back because he was happy with the old products and needs to replace them. Never, never take your eye off the road or you will crash and burn while going 160 miles per hour. Let the results talk for Frick and Frack, and keep their mouths shut at this point. It might remind Wall Street of last years act. Bad news if it does.
