Theoraticly, he's gotta be losing money if he's short and long on the stock no? So the end game is the same, he's bascially breaking even, supposedly.

I agree. The psyche has changed now that SYQT is gone. There is no other "choice" for the OEMS and consumers as far as I'm concerned.
