Just goes to show how easily the human animal is so easily manipulated. The Republicans had better tailor their message in the appropriate fabric to attract voters keeping in mind what the Democrats have mastered over the last 6+ years. They've realized the level to which the average American has sunk in understanding political issues so they structure their message appropriately-now at the Jerry Springer level of understanding. It's all emotion with reasoned debate out the window. It doesn't matter if it's true or not...after all, the more outrageous the lie the more believable it is (Goebbels I believe). I'm still amazed at how I kept hearing so many repeat the same lies over and over again as if coming straight out of Carville's or Begala's mouth. It's like we live in Stepford.

"It's for their own good" is the mantra to which the Dems resonate and from which they structure their message to the infantile public in order to "win" elections. The object is to "win" first then work toward your true agenda and later claim you did what you said you were going to do all along or, better yet, take credit for the success the other party had in passing legislation. Why not...there's no one out there to call them on their lies in a cogent enough manner to make it understandable by the ignorant masses who've abrogated their responsibility to understand the issues to others who'll tell them how to vote. The Republicans had better learn or else...

Sorry for the rant-I'm frustrated-for which you liberals can appropriately gloat.

Nazi's? Paint the sawzstika on your own head you pontificating jerk.
The malitias and David Dukes come from your end of the spectrum not mine....You don't know anything about me -- yet you call me a socialist and confer the slur of Nazism on me....The facts would sustain a good arguement that you would approve of an aparthied Government of the old South African variety where the minority rules over the majority. Getting back to the point the Majority of Americans (of course they are ignorant and brain washed) do not want the President they elected impeached -- and of course the minority (of which you are a member) want to take this same President down at all costs. My prayer (can a socialist pray?) is that you continue unabaited down the path you have chosen...and I pray even harder that the Republicans in Congress follow your lead. Thankfully we are not a socialist country, but a true democracy -- where the "ignorant"
majority can vote out of office a party that wreaks of arrogant moral superiority. Why is it that with a Majority in the Senate and the House -- Republicans have never tried to ban abortion? Why is it with those same majorities have they never put a bill repealing the Nation's gun control laws on the President's desk? And why will it be that with those majorities they will not impeach a president they claim to lack the moral authority to lead?

If they are moral -- the answer is that they are moral cowards.
Nazi's? Socialists? Is name calling the best you can do?

And can you speak for yourself? or do you have to hide behind quotes from right-wing think tanks and the unbiased nuturings of the Moonie controlled Washington times -- you do believe in Mass Marriages don't you?
