Bobcat,

I disagree. From Feb-Oct '97, Deswell sold in the 18.50-27.00 range, with dips below that due to factors not related to the company. Average price was around 10.5. From Mar-Jun '98, it wavered between 19-23. Current last 4Q EPS is 2.41. At 10.5 we would have an average price over 25. Because of a lingering anti-Asia sentiment towards stocks, I've projected a 22-25 trading range.

I don't know if they can make $3.00 this fiscal year or not, but don't consider a projection of $2.75 to be out of line. If they make 2.75 or better, we'll definitely see a price over $30.

JMHO,
Ron
