Dear S: It appears that orctf is the ideal partner for lu in Europe as ORCTF has that added feature of being compatible with ISDN which is much more prevalent in Europe. On top of that they might have seen the forward pricing schedule of ORCTF and figured that they couldn't build the product that cheaply themselves. Therefore the intermediate term concern still remains regarding whether or not ORCTF can poduce the chip while increasing margins to those required by prosperous chip manufacturers i.e. INTC, LEVL Regards, John
