Jim, I don't think the Nihon deal is gonna happen for a while yet. The japanese are too cautious.. and take their time in making decisions.. plus, there it is decision by committee. re: asensio, don't underestimate him. I agree with you that his attacks have been pretty lame lately, investors and the press are on to him, but he won't go down without a fight. For this reason, I maintain GTC buy limit orders in the 8-9 9-10 range. I figure if he pulls something stupid, he will have a quick reaction, and it would be an opportunity to buy some stock cheaply. He is about to lose a lot of money... and I don't trust him at all. that is just my opinion,of course. mesa
