David

At this price many brokers will not allow margin buying or shorting. But obviously some do with the Oct. short interest of 1.3 million shares.(Up from 800,000 the prev. mo.) If stockholders called in their margined stock and put it in a cash account we would have some fun for a while as the shorts would have to cover or be automatically bought in by their brokers. Have watched this happen on ZITL and other stocks. Shorts will just add fuel to the fire when the stocks starts to move up on PMA and eventually FDA. I can only guess about MM's but with such a small swing they could simply be collecting the spread as they show no interest in helping the price move up or down.
