No, they already have nine properties. The primary one is in Nova Scotia -- Isaac's Harbor -- near the Placer Dome mine site. They just obtained their first drilling permit 10 days ago and are going to start four 300-meter test drill holes at Isaac's Harbor this month. The stock is at a whopping .03. The company was offered .375 per share in August for everything and all shares, but turned it down because they believe they have a true, profitable gold mine around the corner. The stock was at .09 - .12 at the offer, but when IDCN turned it down, investors were upset to say the least, and many bailed out.
