Jeffrey, that's a great article!!!! And supports EVERYTHING you've been saying here online...A definite must read for any one thinking about investing in EVDS.. I'll have to get you down here so I can show you how to properly sample product recovery wells..then, you'll be able to hire yourself out as a field technician....hahaha Some marketers are bypassing the issue of fuel inventory management altogether by outsourcing the responsibility to others.
