All I can (will) tell ya is.......wait 30 days! And, if you are willing to trade a weekend at the gaming tables for one hell of a possibility - spend the same pocket change on a 100k shares of AGTI. Desert storms may occur elsewhere than in Sad-ass Hussien's nightmares! :-)

Hi Isoman, I crossed this path doing DD on another company that got burned here. FWIW I calculated a (very appx) shell value. The deficit from operations are transferrable - It is 33MM US$ - deductable before tax gives at a tax of 30% a trade value of 10-25% of that = 1MM-4MM With aug 10. 109MM shares out = value for shell shares 1-4 cent. All in my humble opinion - anything can happen over the next year - even gov making it impossible to use transferred deficits as tax deduction. Kr Jens
