Gersh,

When the market was crusing down at about 3 EST, the TICK got horendously negative on the naz and the NYSE, in the over -800 area. Yet the sucker bounced. Right now that is the difference, in a bull cycle the market bounces around the -850 to -950 area, I was sitting there and commented to a buddy, that when the tick bottoms, the market will rally, and it did for 70 points in a matter of 15 minutes.

That negative TICK was ugly however.

Good post, I agree about the cash out in the fields needing to be placed in to work..
