You are an ass pal - datek trades cost me $6000 sawbucks last two days. I've contacted a lawyer in Manhattan who specializes in this type of securities fraud. The bigger they come - the harder they fall..........

"Don't you people realize that Datek is doing you all a great favor by letting you play with the big boys on the Street?"

Can't play with the big boys when Datek's servers are down can we? They were down more than up for at least the first 45 minutes yesterday.

I get they feeling that Datek's founders have made their fortune and have lost interest in improving the business or even just keeping up with demand on their current web servers.

The point is to make money via one's ability to make decisions or NOT. Datek is due nothing more nor less than their performance merits.

If your on-the-job performance matched theirs, I would have no choice but to terminate your employment. I just hope that I do not have staff with the lack of knowledge that you presently exhibit.

Go back to school.
