JDN: Yes - I think they prefer to talk about the pipeline to backlog. My notes say that the pipeline has been at $100-120 million for about 4 months, and that they only include in this figure those proposals that achieve a "probable win" score that is based on internal weighting criteria. That the pipeline has been at this level for 4 months indicates that there is plenty of work to be bid upon - it is a trend in TAVA's favor. In this arena, I detected pride in JJ's voice when he recounted going head-to-head with a Big Six firm and winning because TAVA had more expertise - I think he said they won this on Monday. With this kind of pipeline, I think it's reasonable to step 4 quarters into the future, make a best estimate of that qtr.'s earnings and multiply by 50 to get a fair future stock price.
