The 40 million refers to the number of users that are now sold on NDS. Of the current 79million NetWare nodes (NetWare 2.x 3.x 4.x 5.x) around the world, 40 million are now converted to NDS. That means roughly half of all the NetWare users in the world have migrated to NetWare 4.x. NW5 is still new but from what I have heard their sales figures on NW5 is looking very good. I guess we will all know in a few short months on exactly how good these sales. I dont think we will see much NW5 sales in the Q3 earning report expected in 3 weeks since NW5 appeared in the middle of the Q but it will be a good initial indicator.

Your biased comments "aging NOS" "decaying base" etc. surprises me a bit Rudedog. Your final comment are not worth commenting about. The unbiased non-MSFT viewers can make their own minds up on my technical merit.

Cheers
