Mike,

When ELGT turned on me I decided my money had a better place to go for recovery. Recently I bought and sold OAKT from just over 2 to well over 3, FONR from just over 1 to under 2. There's plenty of stocks out there that will outperform ELGT for some time. Out of those that I follow, SEEQ is in a good position to be one of them Depending on your commission cost and the amount of shares of ELGT you're in, it is definitely an option to start recovering the loss in another vehicle. You may even get the commissions back from Uncle Sam if you have ELGT in a taxable account.
I don't usually give advice this specific so I have to say that whatever you do make sure it's your own decision.
