FYI, some of my friends have top IT positions in several companies here in the Belgium area and they're all buying DELL machines. They like Dell because of several factors : price, time to delivery (CPQ requires months to deliver large number of PCs and I ain't kidding), helpdesk, look of the PCs (nobody knows what's inside and this prevents jealousy between employees),...

Also, this is at the detriment of CPQ...

Europe PC market looks very strong. Most new PCs here at my B-School are Dell machines
