Sony!

I read Tracker's 10-K last night, and while there were some negative things in there (as there are with most development stage companies), I think it could have been a lot worse considering what Tracker has been through in the last year. For a company that was practically dead at the beginning of 1998, this isn't too bad.

The best thing I found in the 10-K was about Sony:

"The Company also believes that The Tracker(TM) System can provide an efficient method for tracking and managing fixed assets. Currently, the Company is negotiating with Sony Corporation ("Sony") to provide fixed asset management services by linking labels affixed to certain of Sony's physical assets to information contained in the Company's relational database and recovery network to the Company's worldwide 24 hour recovery network. Although the Company would promote utilization of The Tracker(TM) System for fixed asset management by reference to the agreement it hopes to complete with Sony, the Company can provide no assurances that it will successfully conclude such an agreement."

I don't think Tracker would have put this in the 10-K unless the agreement with Sony has a pretty good chance of happening.

In order to be caught up with their SEC filings, Tracker still needs to file two 10-Qs by November 15. One is for the period ending June 30, 1998, and the other is for the period ending Sept 30, 1998. I believe that it is Tracker's plan to file the two 10-Qs very soon.

I think Tracker is making good progress.
