Glenn, you must just be baiting us. How can you say that retailing over a global computer network is the same as a bazaar 3000 years ago? How about profound differences in user interface, back office and front office procedures, and the potential revenue stream for starters? Robert, Retailing correctly is having the product your customer needs. Selling it them at a fair price but at a price at which the retailer can cover fixed and variable expenses. Treating the customer correctly so they return. There are a few other factors. The customer does not care about an "interface", the back for front office procedures. My goodness. You need some education in retailing. Glenn
