interface, back office and front office procedures, and the potential revenue stream for
starters?


Robert,

Retailing correctly is having the product your customer needs. Selling it them at a fair price but at a price at which the retailer can cover fixed and variable expenses. Treating the customer correctly so they return. There are a few other factors.

The customer does not care about an "interface", the back for front office procedures. My goodness. You need some education in retailing.
