I agree - I used to be compacent about all of that stuff - very Canadian - You do not get imporved levels of service anywhere without providing input on what is required to improve those levels.

Yesterday I was put on hold to place a buy order in a fast market - NAI was moving - when I got the hold signal it was offered at .235 - by the time I spoke with someboby I paid .25

I think if you are doing x trades per day that we should be hot shotted in to an order taker immediately as we are on and off the phone in seconds - What holds it up is the discount phone order takers/brokers explaining stuuf to the not so regular customers. AND we would not have to have that confirmation read back like I posted yesterday.

Chief I will send that gentleman a message as soon as I collect my thoughts and like I said I am not even a big trader - I can go a day or two without a trade ( It kills mebut I can do it)

I do not accept mediocrity from myself, and I sure as hell won't except it from Canadian Banks!!

I firmly believe that in life, once you accept a lower standard, the standard only becomes lower. This is unacceptable to me, and it is good to see that others find it unacceptable also.
