Looks like taking over CSCO's turf. LU PacketStar IP Router. To get this kind of big order 108M is a big kill for LU. IMO, LU is eating csco lunch much more earlier than we thought. <The Ocean network, of which the first phase is slated for completion in early 1999, is based on an Asynchronous Transfer Mode (ATM) and Synchronous Digital Hierarchy (SDH) infrastructure, using Lucent's PacketStar(TM); Lucent's Multiservice ATM Switch 1000 (MX 1000(TM)); and SDH transport technology. Lucent's OneVision(TM) Network Management system will deliver end-to-end service management.>
