OT - This market just amazes me - the managers are in such a buying frenzy we can't even have a decent profit taking day. Buying only out of fear of being left behind never works out well in the end. Oh my gosh, I might miss out on buying Coca Cola at a p/e of only 50 - surely it will be at 60 or 70 soon.......

This market has gone from despair to euphoria in the blink of an eye - and now it even ignores bad news.

I just don't get it. I guess I wasn't listening well in all those MBA classes......

Bob

After you mentioned AMZN might default on a payable one day, I thought you might find this interesting...

Ticketmaster sues N2K over Web deal payment
dailynews.yahoo.com

According to Ticketmaster's complaint, filed in Los Angeles Superior Court, New York-based N2K gave notice to Ticketmaster on Monday that it ''would not honor the agreement.'' On Nov. 1, N2K defaulted on a $3 million payment, according to Ticketmaster.

Perhaps a portending of things to come for these highly unprofitable e-tailers. Skip out on your payments after you become an instant millionaire from insider stock sales.
