Mark Pierce returned my call yesterday. He did not have much to offer. He said that he is at the mercy of the auditors to get the financials filed. He did not have any estimated time. He indicated that after all the filings are complete, he will need to find a market maker that will trade the stock. He said that the SEC investigation of S. King is not impacting anything so far. He mentioned that legal proceedings against Dan Fisher are moving along, but again, no details. He didn't anticipate any news releases until the 10K and 10Qs are filed. Wish I had better news, but it felt good to speak to someone at the company. cc
