It isn't clear to me that NSM is shipping products from their own wafer fabs.

Do you have any evidence of this?

And even if they do, all that depreciation must be spread over the few devices they are shipping - so I would guess that their actual costs would be the same - if not HIGHER - than when IBM was making their devices.
