it is to bad you will not perform diligence necessary to answer this good question. are you aware of status of lorrichio intellectual properties issue? can you tell me what concession aznt make to get 10K out? no you can not i know. perhaps you can ask jihad these questions. do not ask questions cat lady like typical penny stock basher i say get answers.

While you're in Q & A mode, just when will AZNT be filing that over-due 10K?

lolololololol <wink wink>!! You must bear in mind that in order to file the extremely delinquent 10K, not to mention the last two (missing) 10Qs, would require the company to address questions it may prefer not to discuss.
