Can't move fast enough? It sure moved a lot faster than AMD in adding L2 to it's Celeron processor. AMD is claiming late Q4 shipments but anyone who knows the industry can read through that and see that they don't have a manufacturable product now, so how can they be sure they will by the end of the quarter?

Dan , re. few rational people... compete with Intel
They said the same thing of Hayes , the company that set the standards for all modems back in the 80s , the company is now bankrupt .
They also said the same about IBM in the 80s , its stock was demolished in the early 90s . A few more could be added to the list no doubt. If these really believed this hogwash then they wouldn't be over here on the AMD thread trying to defend Intel . The fact that they are here shows their concern ,
