Yes. Convenience, service and experience. This where Amazon excels, how it's differentiated.


I am a bit confused on the experience but it does not matter. If one cannot sell a product at a price that makes the customer happy and has enough gross profit to cover fixed and variable expenses, one cannot retail. AMZN has proved they cannot do that.

William, amzn excels in price discrimination too. Clickstream tracking that they do supposedly tells them how sensitive somebody is to pricing, and their prices are adjusted accordingly.
