I agree they have many liabilities and I hope if they file chapter 11 IOM buys its intellectual property. Their product wasn't inept just their management < G >

I agree re: Syquest's assets. I was pondering that question a few days ago and felt that the most attractive assets to IOM would be their intellectual property and patents. I don't think that inventory, parts and equipment would be needed by IOM. Personnel is going to be "on the market" anyway.

Buy Syquest? Iomega doesn't have to buy Syquest. Iomega will simply hire the best Syquest people - talented people who are now out of work. This is the most efficient way to "buy Syquest".
