Newt is not extreme. He just appears that way because that
was the way the political wind was blowing at the time.
See the New Yorker article from the November 1995 time frame.
Details Newt's chameleon nature. Last sentence basically
states that he is a con-man. Divorcing his dying wife, etc.
What a hypocrite to then claim to be a moral conservative etc.

I totally agree. (though I didn't by the book.) The only extremism I see is the duplicity of the liberal Dem's and their apologists in the media.

Roger - please elucidate what about Newt is extreme. You're from GA, maybe you know somethings about him I do not.

Craig, I live in Georgia and know Newt. Believe me, he is extreme to the right and has his own definition of ethics.
