I think that none of you are considering positive impacts of potential turn around in japan, rejuvenation of interest in small caps, and recovery in high tech field which may boost DSWLF's potential markets in a way not previously anticipated in the current market price. IMHO this has been an exceedingly well managed small-cap company which has exhibited excellent growth historically, and I think a 15x pe ratio is reasonable. Not that it will neccessarily get there but it would not surprise me if it did. Certainly if the earnings hit $2.75 this year I expect to see the stock in the 30s.

Nam Tai Electronics (NTAIF $14) Strong Buy

Next week, we will be participating in an analyst and brokerage trip to China and Hong Kong. Our itinerary includes visits to the offices in Hong Kong and factories in China of the following companies:

Nam Tai Electronics of course;

Albatronics, a Hong Kong traded company which Nam Tai has announced plans to acquire a majority interest which we expect to close in November;

Group Sense, a Hong Kong traded company which Nam Tai has taken a 20% investment stake;

Deswell, a NASDAQ (DSWLF) listed company and supplier to Nam Tai.

We welcome any requests for matters to investigate prior to our trip beforehand or questions following our trip.
