Cents, Herm will probably give you a more thorough explanation, but in short, Bid and Ask is the same as stocks. Buy on the ask and sell on the bid or in many cases anything in between.

Cents and All,

Just looked at many of the stocks in the diskdrive sector. They are going wild, including Iomega. As a holder of IOM I'm interested in anyone's response to the questions posed by Cents. I don't know if it is going to turn and go down or has a long way to go on the upside.

SEG, Qntm, RDRT, and WDC all made significant breakouts to the upside this week. There should be a good opportunity for covered calls at somepoint.

Good luck to all,
Dan

Howdy Cents,

IOM

Sorry, about the delay. As of today, it does appear IOM has petered
out and will reverse and experience profit taking. Check out the sky
high RSI at peak of 85! WOW! That's is high!

So, you wrote your first two CCs. Well, O'right now! Suggestion for
next time! The the stock pulled back and it's at $8.00 today. Had you
sold CC three months out you would have more than your net cost basis
and a great deal of more downside protection. You have 7/8s worth now!
You should be able to keep the entire 7/8s and do another round of
CCs a few months out for more money. We call that a double dipper!
Again, the more you collect in CC premies, the more insurance you
will have!

Did Good! Thank you brother for his advice! Keep an eye on that RSI
reading when it breaks 50!
