(OTC Bulletin Board: WOOD) announced today that its March 31, 1998 Fiscal Year End Audit has finally been completed by its Auditors and the 10KSB annual report will be filed by Friday, November 6, 1998. Ramiro Fernandez-Moris, CEO of WOOD, stated that he was indeed pleased that the audited statement confirmed the profit that had been projected. He indicated that the company achieved a profit of $1,137,670, or $0.017 per share compared to a loss of ($0.002) per share in the previous year.
