No! B&N has exclusive rights to Aol.com. Amzn has exclusive rights to the Internal TMF of Aol (don't take this lightly, 73% of 14 mil subscribers is quite a captive audience). As you can see they are both a different entity.
Only Aol subsciber's can access internal MF. Any internet connection can access TMF Aol.com.

It would blow your mind how few Aol subscibers venture outside Aol.
If you look at my earlier post today, it makes it clear that only 27% of PC home users, actually have the ability to currently access the Internet.
