Kerry,
You said in your last post that you "didn't know" that Park was TM. But yesterday, you indicated it was him (see below). I'm kinda confused. Was the Tokyo Mex insertion in the WSJ article yours, or was that in the WSJ already? I just want to make sure I have all the facts right before I follow up on something.

I opened up my WSJ this morning, and right there on the first page of the third section was none other than
Tokyo Mex. The WSJ ran a fairly good article on him. In it he admits to:

... a practice called "pumping and dumping."

Mr. [Joe] Park [Tokyo Mex] readily acknowledges "some conflicts of interest where I was pushing
stocks I owned" and then "reaped most of the benefits" when followers bought in. "That wasn't fair," he
concedes.

Guess you were right in your assessment.
