Some accusations! "...Dr Carter is a criminal who should be indicted" "This is securities fraud and money laundering at it's simplest form...." Any support for them? As far as I know, Dr. Carter has not sold any of his shares. As a shareholder, I am very happy that he acted to protect the stock price and counter attacked Asensio. HEB seems to have time to get plenty of other things done. That is another characteristic of short sellers. They are willing and able to write ANYTHING, true, false, outrageous or not, if they think it will in any way, induce someone to sell their shares or not to buy any. There is a certain desperation about them and insulting disdain for everyone else's judgement. You see this so many times that it is in everyone's experience.
