I guess you talked to the wrong person.
I have to tell you that this recent problem is highly unusual for B&C.
As far as indifference, the brokers at my branch are as pissed off as I am.
The getting through problem has to do with the fact that ALL the online traders are using phones while the computer is on the blink.

But FYI... their system is lightning fast when working.
I trade mostly options, and get instant fills on the web.
