Joke, eh? One of the ways to create a joke is to take an existing picture, stretch it to an extreme and write something funny about the consequences/implications of the imagined extreme. In this case, Hillary Clinton has been totally and completely supportive about her husband. So, there is no joke whatsoever in the imaginary situation that you have come up with. Well, if it isn't a joke, what is it? Let's file it under "Pitiful rants" and be done with it! :-) Dipy.
