I believe that you are referring to the preliminary form which is published with blank dates, just as a form. The key is the agreement which has the controlling language of the deal. SEC approval should be perfunctory as well as shareholder approval, unless someone has NOT told us something truly significant.

So-- it certainly looks like this deal will go through. This is probably past the stage of easy backing away. To back out now, would probably open the door to the endless barage of lawsuits.

In other words, it looks good that there will be a real company with real restaurants. Once the vote is final, then the newsletter people and (assuming the share price is back up to allow NASDAQ listing) then the restaurant analysts will join the party.

As far as projections, go imagine if this only earns 10-20 cents going forward beyond the current year. With significant growth rate, it's not hard to imagine this stock trading at the $4 and up level.
