CSCO DOWNGRADED FROM BUY TO ACCUMULATE
biz.yahoo.com
This came out after market closed. Look for tomorrow CSCO to be down quite a bit. If more brokerage follows, IMO, CSCO will come down to around 50$. Because CSCO had said that margins are going to be lower in the future qtrs, it's very likely that more downgrades will come. Also, LU getting the hugh order from OCEAN is not going to help either. The big news there is that LU's PacketStar IP Router is part of this very large contract. IP Router is CSCO's very own near and dear market and LU is in fact very new. If more large companies, RBOCs, Carriers, and SPs follow this route then, imo, disaster for CSCO as router goes, there go CSCO.
