Looks like Emeralds' upgrade helped IOM break thru $9. Now all we need is a couple more upgrades from larger brokerage houses to propel us through $10.

Are we talking about Emerald Research? There site: emeraldresearch.com doesn't have any updated research reports. And they aren't a brokerage firm. Raven
