Dear JAB: Well, if the quiet period isnt in effect about the only question I now have is this: Is the Indian facility being more effectively utilized since the end of the qtr ie 9/30? Seems to me, unless they are making a huge mistake, they wouldnt increase staffing and all in India where by law the find it very difficult to retract unless they are damn sure they got business coming to utilize it.
So far as the class action suit I wonder if they have insurance to cover it? Also, I noticed the underwriters are named in the suit too. Maybe they will have to bear a large part of the cost?? JDN
