You always claim that MSFT is out to "hurt" its competitors. Look at the same thing from another side, MSFT is doing something to benefit its products, maximize its profit and its shareholder's interest. That's the ultimate goal of running a company. It also benefits the consumers, we got pay less on browser. Otherwise I would have to pay $100 for NN if NSCP controls 100% market. The side effect of MSFT's benefiting itself to "hurt" its competitors is just the nature of competition. When NSCP controlled more than 80% market and growing, it hurt MSFT too. Remember the big mouth, "Microsoft is doomed, dead, will be replaced. bla bla..."? Now it becomes crying baby.
