Allowing analysts to visit the plant to witness production without a material contract is not in violation of any SEC rules that I can think of...Analysts regularly visit companies of all sizes and generally uncover more information than the average investor. If they pulled these guys into a closet and informed them of a contract with major OEM then we have a problem, Lev doesn't need to BS anyone, he recognizes that only a substantial contract will make him (us) very wealthy, no hype, no bullshit, just a contract. This isn't about capability or manufacturing capacity it's about a major OEM signing on the dotted line....Lev said it before VLNC's fate is now in the hands of their potential customers and they have their own timetables.
